Our approach

Clarity from
the first conversation.

Before commissioning a report, you need to know what will be assessed, how the work will be carried out and what the fee covers.

  1. 01

    We listen to your enquiry

We clarify what happened, what you need assessed and the current stage of your case.

  2. 02

    We define the assignment

We review initial documents and agree the scope, fees and terms.

  3. 03

    We assess and cross-check

Interviews, suitable tests where appropriate, and relevant sources help answer the expert questions.

  4. 04

    We explain the findings

The report sets out the methods, conclusions and limitations. Court testimony is agreed where needed.

Frequently asked questions

Before you take
the next step.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to have filed a complaint?

You can enquire before starting proceedings. The appropriate timing for an assessment depends on the events, available records and the purpose of the report. If proceedings are underway, deadlines should be coordinated with your lawyer.

Is an expert report the same as a therapy report?

They serve different purposes. A forensic assessment addresses defined expert questions and analyses the information relevant to the assignment. A clinical report may provide background, but does not by itself replace that analysis.

Can you guarantee a favourable report?

No. Conclusions depend on the findings and available information. Professional independence also requires us to explain limitations and hypotheses that cannot be supported.

Can the assessment take place remotely?

Document review and some steps can be remote. The format of interviews and testing is chosen according to its suitability for the case and agreed before accepting the assignment.
